A little about me….

I’ve spent my entire adult life working in real estate across Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. I got started in 1980 after studying urban studies and engineering, and I have been a real estate broker since 1989. Over the years I have helped clients buy, sell, and invest in homes, land, and investment properties, at every budget level.

Do I need staging, and what does that include?

Staging looks different for every property. Sometimes it’s helping you tidy up, de-clutter, and add a few decorator touches. Other times, I bring in attractive furniture to showcase the home at its best and create a strong online presence. It might be as simple as improving curb appeal with a clear, welcoming path to the front door. Together, we’ll determine the right staging plan to present your home in the strongest possible light.


What is your marketing plan for my home?

I sell more because I do more. I hire top photographers and videographers so your home looks exceptional online. Your property will be promoted across listing platforms and strategically targeted using AI to reach buyers most likely to be interested. I use yard and directional signage when appropriate, reach out to qualified prospects in my network, and often create detailed video tours to highlight upgrades and special features. I also host Open Houses to help buyers envision themselves in the home. I don’t stop working until your property is SOLD.

Getting the offer is just the beginning. My job is to maximize your position and negotiate the strongest possible terms. With years of contract experience, I carefully evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of every offer in the context of the current market. I prepare paperwork thoroughly, screen offers to anticipate potential pitfalls, and stay ahead of issues so transactions close and close on time.
